Editor

The editor is Dr Peter Price, mathematics education lecturer, with many years' experience of teaching mathematics at elementary level. He currently lectures to student teachers in the area of mathematics education. His expertise is particularly in the area of place value, and the use of computer software or base-ten blocks to teach place-value topics, the subject of his PhD thesis.
